We've set up a register book with memorial folders here in honor of the former first lady for her family,” Owner Eric Fithyan said.“With this register book, people can come in, they can sign in, they can message us on Facebook, they can email us. And this is a way for the Ohio Valley that has been touched by this family to send them their condolences.”If you're interested in sending a note, you can write in the tribute book at the James Funeral Home in Follansbee or the Chambers Funeral Home in Wellsburg until 7 o’clock, or Friday at both locations from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.You can also send your note via Facebook or email: chambersandjames@gmail.com.The book will then be sent and presented to the George H.W.
